their styles were frumpy and boring. Thankfully all has changed

for women 5'3" and below, and cut accordingly. Looks good value

SimplyBe, a younger woman's website, starts at
size 14. They have a couple of styles of 27" leg trousers and more
starting at 28" but little else in plus size petite the last time
we checked.
